Certain products may be excluded for hygiene, safety, personalization, or other lawful reasons. Any exclusions are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where appropriate.

We will review your request and explain the available resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email trivoxa47@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. Explain the reason for your return.

  3. Wait for return instructions before sending the product back.

  4. Package the item securely and follow the instructions provided.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to make the funds available.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise stated or required by law. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will explain the appropriate return arrangements.

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Cancellation may not be possible after processing or dispatch.
